Holy Week is the most important week of the Church year! It is between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday and is when we celebrate the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. It is a time for us to remember his actions, reflect on his messages, and recommit to living as his disciples.

As we did last year, we will once again spend this Holy Week in prayer. We will be signing up for different 1-hour time slots to be in the chapel praying. Our hope is to cover the entire week so that every hour someone is in the chapel praying to God for our families, our church, our community, our nation and our world.

You are welcome to reserve a slot just for you or maybe it is a special time where your family comes as a unit to pray. There will be plenty of material to pray over and once again you will be able to write your prayers and scriptures on the paper covering the walls. This was an incredibly meaningful experience for those who participated last year. Some thought they could not pray for an entire hour and yet were shocked by how fast the time flew when they were talking with God. One of our youth has been anxiously looking forward to our participating in this special prayer time again.
